The mishap occurred around 3pm on Saturday at Montgomery Local Air terminal after American Carriers Flight 3408 had shown up from Dallas.
The US Public Transportation Security Board (NTSB) said the ground team specialist was “ingested into the motor” of an airplane while it was stopped at the door, CBS News revealed.
The laborer – who was a representative of Piedmont Carriers, a territorial auxiliary of American Carriers – has not yet been named.
The Government Flight Organization and NTSB are exploring the episode.
An American Carriers representative said: “We are crushed by the mishap including a colleague of Piedmont Aircrafts, an American Aircrafts provincial transporter, at Montgomery Territorial Air terminal.
“Our considerations and petitions to God are with the family and our neighborhood colleagues.
“We are centered around guaranteeing that all included have the help they need during this troublesome time.”
